REPICK IF THERE's A RAINOUT IN BASEBALL!!

What does everyone think of having another pick incase of a rainout.It only makes it fair..just offer another pick to the players who have chose a game that's been cancelled because of rain..makes sense to me...||thebaseball.gif' border=0>||thumbs_up.gif' border=0>

check the weather and you wont have that problem

Unless you only put Baseball games that are played in Dome's on here

Who has time to check the weather all the time...God a storm can sweep in at anytime..

have you ever heard of researching a game first? Pretty simple. You know the rules.

Good points...and seriously a quick hittng storm wont cancel a game,only delay it..anything that will rain out a game is usually forecasted. Look at accuweather before u make a pick dammit.

In my opinion, do your research. Besides, if everyone has a chance of getting rained out at some point, then it will all even out in the end anyway, so who cares?

Maybe for a race in the future but its to late for this one.

Ponch indicated that this issue may be resolved in future games. For now we live with it. I started using the spring trainging map on ESPN under MLB and the National Weather Bureau I've put on My Favorites which allows me to look at both windows at once. After losing Cleveland with a void yesterday I started thinking of the long baseball season ahead that will help in this and any other contests that I play. ||clover.gif' border=0>

Sorry-it was Rizzo in an earlier thread by Greeneyeddevils on 3-16 named about the same as this one. Rizzo's first response was just cocky so I figure he's some young computer whizkid who doesn't like his game challenged.His remarks angered a few but I've learned my lesson about arguing here... I think he was either talked to or came to realize that we aren't all stupid whiners out here and the rain outs were not properly covered,(as they are in Survivor) so he softened his remarks about future games. who cares? just pick games from the cactus league. it never rains in AZ. Trust me. I lived there for 2/12 years.
