With all due respect to the management at Covers, I wish there was a way to correct this.  It is kind of ironic, though, that a hockey game is cancelled for weather....too much ice???!!!!  Yes, I realize that it is about safe travel, but ironic none the less.  Keep up the good work anyhow.  This is probably my favorite site on the net.  Whoever is supposed to win this thing will pull it out.  Pace yourselves people.  This beast is definitely a marathon.

I talked to a guy on the phone cuz I had 2 picks postponed and he told me people can not replace the picks missed tonight, which I think is stupid.

HOW ironic is it, that Mr.Kotter didn't check the weather report for an indoor basketball game and an indoor hockey game. I guess the old adage holds true, what comes around, goes around!

I'd like to see Trotter64 post on that.  It starting to look like the postponed games are evening out among everyone.  I guess we should only choose games played in San Diego!

I picked the UTEP game yesterday and I live in El Paso, of course being from the north i am not scared of 1 inch of snow.  I am SOL on that game.  If you ever see a chance of bad weather in El Paso, never play UTEP.  My kids school is cancelled again today too, because its 10 degrees.  El Pasoans idea of bad weather is 50 degrees.

does anyone know if trotter quit the race?  i cannot find him in the standings anymore.  maybe he took off and became a professional handicapper and shiiiitttteee talker?  anyway, wish he was still in it.  made it fun and he was kinda like an authority figure on this site

I don't know how I missed  this before, but I just saw trotter64's comment about having an unfair advantage because everyone else has to do their homework every night but his "diploma is on the wall".  That must set some kind of douche chill record.  It is now clear that not only is he a virgin, but he has likely been refused service by $20 streetwalking crackwhores, of which gender we can only guess.  I can't believe nerds of his caliber actually exist outside of movies and TV.

trotter quit.  he was at 47 wins coming into tonight and still at 47.  trotter got me hooked on looking at these threads.  he talks quite amount of crap.  talked big crap to chevy24 for no reason.  he either quit or is going 0-4's on purpose because we all know he's too much of an expert to suck while being the self proclaimed pro he is.  he does have a diploma in case you don't know.  c'mon trotter, let us know where you at.

He's still making picks. I just checked, and he went 0-4 on the 7th, 8th, and 11th, 2-2 on the 9th, and 3-1, on the 10th.  I'm sure with 3 0-4 days in the last 5, he doesn't have much to say.  My picks haven't been so hot either lately, but I'm not on message boards talking like I think Matthew McConaughey's character in "Two for the Money" is based on me.  I play for fun, with the hope, but not expectation of winning anything, and an 0-4 day doesn't leave me crying in the bathtub with a razorblade in my hand.
