I had Oklahoma State (PK) against Siena today.  Oklahoma State won by 9 and my picked is marked as a loss.  Can someone please tell me why this is a loss?

i also had Ok state and i have a loss marked as well. im currently in second so i kinda need the W. can a ref help me out?
what should i do to get this fixed?
