Well, I'm going to be honest here and say it is because I am young (only 24), but I do hours upon hours of researching a game before betting it.
 
I did go 20-9 this year in bowl games (after a 18-10 run last year) so bowl games are really where I focus and make the big money. I want to say though teabag, there are some good handicappers on this site so I don't want to belittle their contributions here. I take all pieces of information out there and try to envision the way I think the game will go in my head.
 
In this game, I thought the game wouldn't be played in this manner where OSU got up early and then LSU came from behind. I had it the other way around. But I said to myself, in the 3rd/4th quarter if this game is anywhere close, how can I trust to put my hard earned money on Todd Boeckman.....I just couldn't do it thus, gotta roll wil LSU even though this game didn't go as planned, I think watching it shows how much a liability Boeckman is to OSU. I think the lsat 2 championship games (I had FLA last year), OSU just hasn't had the QB to win a championship  game.
 
GL to everyone on this game,  the game isn't over as LSU's defense needs to keep pressuring Boeckman and go man-man as the recievers for Ohio St can't get open

Furthermore, want to point out 1 last bit of info, LSU's offense needs to stop GETTING CONSERVATIVE. They need to keep attacking this defense and really go for the jugular. Don't rest on the lead!!!

Franchise get real, I am 60 years old bud, I fdont need to tell people anything.  Dont take this or yourself dso seroiously.  I have a group of people on this forum for years that helkp each other - you eant the advice and a better approach , great.,  If not, that's fine too.  Dont put a ngeative spin on my posts, for every one of you there are 6 or 7 that want my helpo and take it, and thank me later.  Like I said, take thew advice or not, save your personal bs attacks.  Thats # 1. # 2, number of posts means NOTHING.  I know people on here that have ove 2000 posts and are the biuggest idiots you would ever see, the bet game sbase don ATS records on a Monday when the Temp is between 65-7-0 degrees..  # 3, foicus on games and data - not personal comments, one day you will win thousands like me by taking that approach.  One year in the 60's I won 180 grand the next year I lost 145, soince then I have kept my ego in check, and it has paid me well.  Do the same.

sucks now that college ball is over, guess i'll scrounge around in the NFL and keep plugging in the NBA and NCAA bball

I can't believe this is the last NCAAF game of the season.    This was my first season on covers but I'm happy to be on here and excited for the next season to come.  Thanks to bigdaddy, fish, wiseguy, obes, hawkeye, CK, danstyk, scorp, ditty and many others for the great writeups and picks that have helped me make some money this season.  See you guys in the remainder of the NFL threads and hopefully I'll continue to see obes, hawkeye, wiseguy and CK in the NBA threads.

You deserve a wonderful season my friend.  You have been  a solid poster all along, and do not get wrapped up in the emotions of specific teams.  It is a shame that CFB fams have to watch a weak OSU team in the "MNC" game.  They were not qualified for this game, and one of the biggest weaknesses in the Top 10 (along with hawaii).  Good for us bettors, but disappointing for CFB fans who deserve better matchups in BCS games.  They just were not worthy.....again.  Good fortune to all the LSU backers. 

I could use some help with the pro playoffs, as CFB is my passion and I don't start betting pros until now.  I will be back with more winning picks on CFB next year for those who followed my recommendations.  Now I will rely on you (only those who do not bet with their heart need to post...please.  We have seen how the homers did.)   Congrats again.

I haven't refreshed since pre-game and won't now so don't bother with comments to me. Congrats to all LSU backers. LSU BEAT my boys tonight and that's all there is to say. Nicely done LSU. You deserve it.

I have been here for years.  When it was Me, Lefty, BigDaddy and Bigeiii as the main posters and you certainly weren't in any football threads that I was in.

But you are 60 and I am just a 28 year old, card-carrying member of MENSA with a masters from Northwestern, so I am sure you are right and I am wrong.

Of the names that you mentioned, PatsGrl is the only one that I would consider young, and if you mess with her, you mess with me. Same goes for Hawkeye and BigDaddy...none of these people called you out, yet you chose to call them out and that is wrong. Tried to have your back guys.  I haven't been able to post very much the last couple of years because football season is my busy season too, but I do read most all of the threads.  By the time I go to put my 2 cents in, someone has already said what I am thinking and there is no need to hear it from me.
 
Just don't understand why it is so hard to just post your thoughts and let the reader decide what info to use and what to ignore.
