Lol @ people saying 50-60k for a 27 hr old isn't a lot of money. Sure it's not a million but 50-60k is a good amount of cash to have saved up. How much $ do you guys have stacked up? Probably don't even have 5 figure stacked but wanna say 50 isnt a lot. Sure it wont last forever but for him to have graduated college and have anything over 20k saved is a huge accomplishment. Dont say 50k isnt a lot if you dont have 100k stacked. CG is doing his thing. Point blank period. You guys are funny.

He will lose it all, not because he's not good, but gambling RUINS lives...It will ruin his, it's just a matter of time...NOTHING replaces a REAL JOB with GUARANTEED MONEY...
He will suffer big time...HE NEEDS TO HAVE A REAL JOB ON THE SIDE....
The only way he will survive....
If he doesn't get a job by end of summer, he will be coming back by December. That's just how gambling is...It will always get you in the end....Always...

So what is your favorite book so far, in terms of hanging out and watching games?
The MGM, Wynn and Monte Carlo I would say. I just shop the best lines tho so im not overly concerned by how nice the book is. I haven't been to Westgate yet but I heard that is a great book. Like today I placed my bets early this Am and am just relaxing now on the couch getting ready to watch my action

You may wanna consider hanging out in the book every now and then especially on weekdays. Thats probably your best bet to meet others who are doing what you're doing. Probably a much better place then here at covers to find people to exchange info and ideas with.

You can't compare a guaranteed salary to GAMBLING.
The best thing this kid can do, is attain a professional degree and MAKE MONEY ON A CAREER that is GUARANTEED to compensate him for his time, and GAMBLE on the side (which is still futile)...Anyone who argues against this, is lacking COMMON SENSE.

I am the same age with the same type of story coming out of NY. I really am thinking about picking up and moving out there. I never had the balls to because I always wanted to have people to come along and enjoy this experience with. Maybe I need to just go and find people from this forum who are crazy enough like me to do this LOL. I hope you do more than well because you are living my dream!
I added you as a friend, I wanted to start looking at the steps to get out there like finding an apt, where to make the bets (best lines usually), how to handle it tax wise, etc.
