ONE THING THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS GAME,IF DWIGHT FREENY IS NOT BLOCKED
ALLOT OR FOR THE MOST PART,GROSSMAN WILL HAVE ALONG DAY.AND IF THE BEARS DO NOT SACK MANNING OR AT LEAST HURRIE HIM,THE BEARS COULD GET LIT UP EARLY AND NEVER CATCH UP,I LOVE THERE RUNNING GAME BUT IT WILL NOT WORK WHEN YOUR FAR BEHIND OR 2 TOUCH DOWNS IN THE REARS.

It was drizzling during the SB pre-game on ESPN so maybe the Uder will come through (very nervous about that!)...CBS has a FOUR HOUR pre-game show...I think three-and-a-half hours of it will be commercials!!!! The Over/Under on the "IronMan" ad went up to 612 and the "This Is Our Country" ad is now up to 857...I parlayed the overs for six units!!

The groundscrew has not and is not putting the tarp on the field. It has been raining since last night with a lite drizzle throughout the morning. Marshal Faulk (NFL network) says the field conditions are going to have an affect on the game and probably hurt the Colts on both sides of the ball. He also said to take the bears and the points and to take the under..........
Regardless, for those that have watched games were they just laid a new turf and the weather is not good, players have a tendency to slip and fall out of their breaks, quarterbacks that drop back quick slip and the field will look like soup by the third quarter.

okay... after 2 weeks of number crunching, looking at trends and read every piece of info i can get my hand on.. i'm still every hesitent on calling my pick... but........ here goes.....
Like i said earlier.. i see this being a game of ball control.. on BOTH sides... both team will look to run the ball... the bears with JOnes/Benson to keep the clock running and peyton on the sideline... the Colts with Addai/Rhodes to attack the middle of the Bears D.. still without brown and harris.. (something the saints should have done 2 weeks ago in my opinion)...... Colts running will force urlacher to come up a bit.. and set up the play action pass down field to Dallas Clark... also with the rain.. field will be slippery.. will be hard for wr to plant and cut... So if anyone still doesn't get it.. i like the under in this one...
Now the hard part.. picking a team to cover... I have a problem here.. being from Knoxville, TN.. Big Orange Country.. I can't help but pull for Peyton.... Even though my feelings for the VOLS at best decent lately... But this is gambling.. and as they say.. bet with your mind and not your heart... and so.. I'm taking the bears plus the points.. I just can't see this bears D coming out flat and letting Peyton get going early... I really think the biggest match up will be in the Trenches.. Anderson and Ogunleye vs the Colts tackles Diem and Glenn... on the other side.. you got freeney and Mathis for the colts... If the bears can't protect grossman, then is will be a blow out for the colts... so looking for draws and screens from the bears.. Plus.. look for the bears to have Grossman manage this game.. A few deep pass but most of it will be short quick routes when he drops back to pass.. as they try to keep that good colts pass rush from kill Rex and killing his confident early.. As mention earlier.. it looks like it going to be wet and slippery.. which in my opinion favors the bears... fit right into they style of smash mouth football...
