I guarantee you, 44 -- this contest will not be decided in March, let alone the first week of March. I've got my work cut out for me; you've got your work cut out for you; same thing for Lump and Prez. We haven't seen one of Prez's legendary hot streaks yet, and I truly expect to see one or two of those over the next six weeks.

Good article!! I would have never known. The only thing wrong with this. Is the main word used is

Its always fishy when that kind of thing happens in regard to a total - or even a spread - that happens to land right on the number... also, those errors are supposed to be "fixed" within a half an hour or so and many books take those late changes into account in their grading... I understand the fans caused chaos but it still doesn't smell right...

people affected by it tend to remember each time it happens - I remember the Altanta/Toronto NBA game from 2 seasons ago - points were IGNORED by the official scorer and it actually affected the VEGAS TOTAL that night.... Remember that one fellas?

That cornell total opened up at 141.5 it went to 142.5 at around 3pm eastern, and then closed at 142 at most places.It's all irrelevant the books online stamp the game official usually within a minute and accounts are credited within 2 minutes.In vegas the process is just a little longer.Vegas had nothing to do with this, if anything a 142 would of landed in the middle and paid off multiple tickets,they were fine with a 141(sorry prez i feel for you man) My question is why would the schools bring that up, all it does is raise red flags.

Agreed. As I said when something like this happens it raises red flags, and THAT is the problem, not necessarily any scurilous behind the scenes activity. My point is sometimes (ie. Raptors total) there is NO explanation beyond human error and THAT poses real problems optically

I had O142 - it pushed - so they were "courteous" to return my stake and cancel the bet in spite of the rules of the book... straight PR move. Bet365 acted too after I complained and told them my other books had refunded
