Their are alot of intelligent sports gamblers on this forum and most are on a short leash if either you or teddy go 20-30 that will be ugly and faith will never be restoreed. MY PICK COMING AT NOON

Please dont release your play at Noon.  I wouldnt want them to copy it and actually come up with a winner.  Could you wait until after the show airs so we know they come up with their own "inside" info.

Good luck Prez, Hey Teddy why don't you try picking a hockey game sometimes nothing you know about will produce a winner. My PLAY IS ON HARVARD+14.5. My opinion is that cornell is giving up too many points here. The return of forward Evan Harris and his 10 rebounds a game is more than welcome,making it hard for cornells inside game. Harvard is a modest 5-4 on the road and that 82-70 win at boston college was no fluke. GOOD LUCK BOYS

Guys - im mired in the worst 4 days of betting in my life - I am gutted over my run. I have started the bet 1-3, but worse than that I have totally stunk for my customers this week. I would like to make a public apology as this is the worst and I mean the worst 4 betting days of my life and what brutal timing. It happens to everyone but I just am beyond upset over it. This is my 1st bad week of friggen betting in months - probably since January 2008 - 13 months ago - man im pissed.

I am doing the radio show in 10 minutes then heading out of town until the following Monday - I will still obviously be doing my picks and the radio show on Monday and Tuesday - but I will not be able to log on and see these Posts.

Based on my last week of betting - I deserve to be beaten up in here - thx guys for all the nice words about the show and my apologies sincerely for sucking crap so hard.

There is not one doubt that Teddy and I will turn this thing around. There are 88 more picks still to be released - but most importantly - i have to win for my paying customers every day for the next 10 to make up for the disaster last 4.

If that is the case and I am positive it is as I spend a lot of time in these Forums looking for topics - then surely these wise bettors go 20-30 every now and then on 50 plays - Surely wise bettors know that the fact that we have a bet, doesnt mean we will have our best 50 days. I would expect Wise bettors of all people to get past a 20-30 record - but lets worry about that when it happens.

Prez you play 3 to 6 games a day thats between 120-150 a month way too many games to keep above the vig. I  play about 20 games a month and can honestly say i am within the 55-60% range. Unless you hit all youre big unit games its theoretically posssible but unrealistic to show a profit. GOOD LUCK BUD

Well said Elroy, I agree with you 100%, I listen to the show because its entertaining its kind of like the seinfeld of radio expect the unexpected. PREZ is probably a fun guy to hang out with but as far as an influence on a game selection, no chance when my scratch is at stake i play my games.

The key to sports gambling. 1. GOOD HANDICAPPING(watch as many games as you can). 2. BANKROLL(don't wager what you can't afford too lose) 3.NUMBERS(have multiple outs) 4. MONEY MANAGEMENT(never chase losing wagers) 

I understand that we all have streaks, but to go 1-14 in your last 15 picks is completely unacceptable.  Have you ever flipped a fair coin and got 14 of one side?  Your picks should have better than a coin flip chance of winning as well, because of all the supposed knowledge and "inside connections" that theprez brags about. 

Do your realize if you had bet on the MONEYLINE (of the dog) in the last 15 games that involved a +500 dog or more you would have at least 3 wins?(sandiego and santa clara come to mind from last night).  I believe the reason you do so poorly is because of the logic you use in your picks.  Read your own justifications once?  You use trends that are a HUGE REACH.  I don't care what teams are ATS coming off a 20 point loss, when they out rebound their opponent by more than 10 per game and average less than 15 turnovers and shoot 20 3's per game and make 70% of their free throws in the last 5 years.....Some trends just exists purely on coincidence and those are the ones you keep using to justify your picks.

This is coming from someone that has been unemployed for about a year and was forced to turn to selling my picks for a living(which by the way I have not made a lot of money doing it) and due to Covers policy I will not post my website here but my question to you is this? I to wager on my games and I am sincere that when I lose my plays it hurts me worse not because I lost money for myself but because I lost money for my clients. However, I only charge a 1/8th for a month of service compared to what you charge and while your apologies seem sincere I see no offer of giving a free month of service or whatever you can do for that client and I guess that is what my problem is with the paid handicapper industry. There are no guarantees when you place a wager, all you can do is handicap the game, get the best available number and hope that it shakes out for the best but I think the paid handicapper has gotten a horrible name over the years due to the fact that they do not take care of their clients. In my mind, if you charge for a month's worth of service and do not at least turn enough of a profit for those clients the least you can do for those people that are spending their hard earned money is to give them another month for free, right? Everyone goes through rough streaks and I hope you and Teddy turn it around but I would appreciate your thoughts on this as I think this industry is clouded with degenerate salesman that have nothing better to do than fleece the underinformed people out of their money.

Say what you will about the start to the contest (bad, obviously), but there is some pretty breathless talk in this thread. They record the radio show at 12:30. The absolute earliest you could have heard the show was 2 PM. Numbers move, smart guy.

i would advise everyone to fade theese picks they make.. im seeing they go 2-8 today, 3-7 with some luck!

 

OK, smart guy, I understand numbers move.  I've been doing this for quite some time myself, and a total on a Harvard game doesnt move 1 1/2 pts, thats a MAJOR move.

From now on, I'll log onto bookmaker.com and copy all the NBA and NCAAB lines every 30 minutes starting at Noon EST up until the show airs, and see if there are any line movements on their games.  Cant wait for the excuses next week.

like I said few days ago.......sell picks and go 1-14 and make money......if these guys were true pros they would be betting their own picks and making a living at it......they make a living SELLING picks not wagering on them.......at 1-14   trying to make a living wagering would not last long  though.

as for volume, most sharps do bet lot of games but they can hit 55% on reg basis.......150 bets a month at 55% .....82-68....at 1k per game its 14k less 6800 in juice  for net of 7200 for month.....bankroll is key  as most of us don't have resources to withstand a losing streak (which will happen)  betting 1 dime per game or more

   Well its a done deal for today prez had an easy win on harvard over and  teddy got his wvirg-vill game over their records are both 2-3 as this week ends. I lost my play on harvard+14.5 wich brings my record to 3-2 as i play along with them. Next post monday morning boys and girls. BOL everyone.

My documented play of the day is UCLA - 1 1/2 for Saturday.  Hurry hurry, this one is moving, but I'm in at - 1 1/2, even though its -4 1/2.  Get it in at - 1 1/2 eh. 

I just wish these guys would give out real numbers in this tournament, every half point does make a difference, even though it hasn't come into play .. YET

I cant wait until they start using baseball at the end of this challenge, they'll use teams that are -150 and claim they got them at -125.  Only 1 week in and they've already adjusted lines in their favor on 2 days.
