WTA Wimbledon Final

Two players for whom this is probably the tournament of a lifetime.
Both ladies had a very hard bracket to get to the finals. A more difficult bracket had Krejcikova.
She had to defeat players such as Rybakina, Collins or the always dangerous Ostapenko.
Paolini has advanced quite confidently (only Vekic really caused trouble) and certainly has a little more strength than her rival.

Certainly, a very even match awaits us.
However, I will bet that Paolini will win at least a set.

I wouldn't say Vekic is the only one who caused her trouble . . . she was about to be knocked out by Keys ....down 5-2 in third set....when Keys got injured and was forced to retire a few games later after trying to finish and get the win......

 You are right. I considered this match as a retirement. It was really hard for Paolini there.

A very strange finale.
In the first set, Krejcikova had full control of the match.
Paolini could not enter the match.
In the second, the Italian woke up and started playing her tennis.
In the third set (worthy of the final), an even fight continued, which was eventually won by Krejcikova Barbora.

Barbora lost all intensity at the beginning of the 2nd set and by the time she was refocused, the set was gone, so she mailed it. Check out her 1st serve % for the 1st & 3rd sets combined vs the 2nd set alone. That tells you the whole story of this final.
