Champions like Medvedev don't quit...they play it out and anything can happen...never wish an injury to your opponent but there's always a chance the other guy rolls an ankle or something else which can completely flip the match momentum.
Only Mushes have that "quit mentality" when things go off the rails...do you hit restart button a lot when playing Dora Explorer video games?
