Yeah, not trying to mock Coley as favorites can be successful, and I've also seen his 10-1 days a week ago, just really questionable choices the last couple of days. Also geting too confident with "Can't lose" stuff, and it's always good to have someone with some other opinion to show you that it can lose like Waw is doing right now, hope he turns it arround for Coley.But let's all hope for some more profitable days in the next weeks and I'll be here to help.

This forum has been so peaceful until somebody hits a rut. I did learn early that tennis isn't my sport so I'm doing mental bets to figure things out. But leave the guy alone, at least he posts his picks unlike most of the people commenting in this thread. I'm new at betting tennis and I've asked Coley questions and what was his answer...? When I gave him stats, he answered with how he SAW them play. He's not just a stats guy, he knows about the players. Cut him a break...seriously.

You wins some and you lose some.  Like you said,  it's good to have more opinions. And we should all try to help each other out, instead of being counterproductive (not to say I am perfect, I am guilty as the next guy of posting idiotic messages, I suppose)

Lu is my best bet since starting tennis. Like I said in my last post, I'm only doing mental bets right now, but if I were to bet, Lu would be the center of every big player parlay I have and I'd even risk the -300 juice to put a few more units than usual on him.

Lu vs. Schwank under 21.5 and 

Udomchoke +3.5  vs. Levine

But no confidence here, haven't seen these guys play a lot, just some bits, but Lu does look like trashing the Schwank guy, so small plays on that two.

.Sparky,  Here is some good advice for a new tennis bettor. Watch as much tennis as possible. Get to know the players...their personalities and the surfaces they excel or stink on.
 
Take out a piece of paper and give yourself a play bankroll. Make picks each day/week and track your results over 3 months. If your doing well you are probably ready to hit them. If your down wait until your having success before you start.
 
Tennis is a very difficult sport to cap. Mainly because tennis is a sport of motivation. And thats the most difficult factor in capping matches.
Betting the favorites can be very profitable. But you are at a higher risk in smaller tourneys than you are the majors. Its best to parlay big favs together to minimize the risk.
 
The only attacks I have made to users on here are about being honest. If your intentions are good then the record really shouldn't matter...so why lie or cheat on it? If people are honest I have no problems with them...but personally I hate liars. And am never afraid to call them out.

I did watch Kubot v Kholschriber I believe it was when Kubot won. I loved watching Kubot's serve, but I couldn't tell if he had a good serve or if Kholschrieber just had a bad day. I know Kholschrieber is an often highly favored player, but I do have to watch more, I know that.

Like any other sport, any player can win on any given day. I saw people go up in flames in the French Open. Pick your plays carefully and as a rule try not to play -160 lines or higher. Just my $.02...

Went 3-1 this morning and am sitting on turnsonov to close out those picks, but on the way I tried to bite off more than I could chew with Gilles Simon and for the second straight tourney he really stuck it to me. Is he hurt? I mean 6-4 first set then 3-6 3-4 to a real nobody. I appreciate all the constructive help posts and tennis pointers people having been posting. I'm trying to get this whole tennis handicapping thing down and it is tough
