no tiebreaks are allowed in the 3rd set in the Olympics...

i am leaning towards nishikori, darcis, and lapentti as well. i dont think monaco is a good play though imo. also leaning towards almagro, karlovic, soderling, and minar.

Are the lines out yet? I don't see anything.  For some reason, I don't think neither Fed or Nadal will get the gold or even get to the final.

Fed's got a better chance of winning gold than Rafa.  Better rested and knows full well that he'll be retired in 2012.

Darcis couldnt hold serve...I expected better but he crapped out,still wet behind the ears...Massu did not play great either and I'll be looking to fade his over-rated ass later
 
I dont like this loss so I'm taking Casey Dellacqua -125 over Dulko...

I also think ginepri has great value. He brought it against roger when he played him and he is a workhorse in staunch weather conditions that affect more pampered players like the Joker. Now i love the joker and all, if you read my pick a couple weeks ago you could see my analysis on why he was a great pick against nadal... and bada bing.
so I'll be throwing a unit or two down on robby at +700.

Yen Hsun Lu over Calleri...Calleri just played a marathon doubles match against Hewitt and the Gucc...which Calleri lost...Lu beat Murray in 2 sets in his previous match...odds are dropping for Lu...

Cilic over Gonzo...Cilic has vastly improved lately while Gonzalez form has really regressed...I'll take Cilic who has beaten him on hardcourt at the Aussie open this year...

Looks like Murray doesn't give a damn about Olympics.
 
Is he still in doubles with his brother?  If so, fade away.
 
Murray does, though, give a damn about the US Open, and if he gets out of Dodge/Beijing quickly, he'll be better off for NYC.

The longer Fed and Rafa are in Olympics, the harded it will be for them to do well at US Open-----and same for that farking puuucccciiie "Novak Djokovic."

May be a little different for the girls, cause slams are only best of 3 for them.
 
Still, whoever from WTA lasts in Beijing, it'll be difficult crossing 12 time zones and immediately playing a slam for 2 weeks.
 
The scheduling this year has been horrific.
