Lets be honest here, Carlos didnt deserve to be in the semis. He is here only because Daniil let him win yesterday. Otherwise, if that match was significant for Medvedev, Alkaraz would be already out.

He is in terrible form in H2 of the season, both physically and mentally, and didnt show anything good so far in the ATP Finals ( except for that one win with that headcase Rublev that almost tried to commit suicide ).

Novak will seek revenge for the Wimbledon loss in the final and i expect him to dismantle Alkaraz in a convincing 2-0 win.
