This statistic, of how high the frequency of wins are if you win the first set is heavily skewed. As if leading by 1 or 2 sets against Pablo Andujar, Radu Albot, Marius Copil or Thomas Bellucci has any point of reference on what its like to play someone like Alcaraz.

Actually it does have merit. It means he ALWAYS closes out matches no matter if it’s Copil, Bellucci, or Pete Sampras…
