What made you think Cincinnati had fast courts?  The humidity and the atp streamling all courts means you it plays like clay.  Etcheverry lived 5 feet behind the baseline and stayed there.

i dunno whats a true fast court anymore lol maybe where they played the atp finals last year and Miami.
