All good points. I'm thinking +200 or more, he is 16 years old. Any less and everything obviously changes.

From the ATP official website:
Luxembourg's Gilles Muller became the winner of the longest match in Australian Open history, prevailing over 27th-seeded Spaniard Feliciano Lopez 6-3, 7-6(5), 4-6, 4-6, 16-14 in five hours and 34 minutes on Court 7. Muller, currently ranked No. 87 in the South African Airways ATP Rankings, reached the US Open quarter-finals last year as a qualifier; he defeated World No. 5 Nikolay Davydenko in the fourth round before losing to eventual champion Roger Federer.
Muller will next confront 2008 boys’ singles champion Bernard Tomic (pictured), who thrilled the Australian tennis fans at Margaret Court Arena by defeating Italian Potito Starace 7-6(5), 1-6, 7-6(5), 7-6(6) on his Grand Slam debut. At 16 years and 103 days of age, Tomic is the second youngest man to play at the Australian Open. His countryman, Lleyton Hewitt, was 15 years and 337 days old when he lost in the 1997 first round as a qualifier.
"It's a dream come true to win a first round in my first Grand Slam," said Tomic. "I'm just thrilled that I could pull off a win today. With the crowd behind me, it was an unbelievable experience. If the crowd wasn't there, I wouldn't have pulled it off in the end. It was good for them to be there. Hopefully I can have a better crowd in the next match."
