Apparently Covers is not allowing profile photo changes or making them?

 

Regardless.. I've used this site for 25 years, and sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't.. I am left out in the cold with my Avatar.. And none of you smarty pants's can say anything, because I already know I've done the correct procedure genius kids. The world is bigger than you are.
