It is a joke of a tournament.  Most players don't seem to take it seriously.  Auger-Aliassime was a no show for Canada today with mysterious shoulder injury and they were ousted.  Wonder if he even made the trip? Davis Cup provides a great opportunity to look for dogs.

Italy vs Netherlands will likely feature Sinner vs Griekspoor and Musetti vs Van de Zandschulp in singles.  Sinner is obviously Italy's ace in the hole, but I wouldn't chalk his match as a walkover.  Upsets happen quite frequently in this tournament because players don't give a shit.  How motivated will Sinner be after getting his clocked clean by Djoker in the ATP finals?  We'll find out.  If the Dutch can split the singles, I like their chances in the doubles rubber match with two top 20 players in Koolhof and Rojer. 

The ATP has completely bastardized what used to be the prestigious Davis Cup.

And doubles, the biggest advantage for Britains ... two elite players (Skupski and Salisbury), they have 12w and 3l together ... for us probably Djoko and Kecmanovic (played together in Paris) ... ok, Djokovic is goat, but weak net player, and under 50% of winning in doubles ...

Unexpectedly, Sinner and Griekspoor playing doubles.  The doubles advantage has been lost and has become more of a tossup.

So I believe Miomir Kecmanovic is going to make some troubles to Draper and I went over 21,5 

Djokovic is gonna win but will not be an easy battle for the veteran against norrie.
