Hey Lippsman, any DOTD's on laptops?

My is FUBAR and I am ready to get something from this century.

I use it for email, dowloading pictures and music.

Rarely watch movies, not a gamer.

I want to get windows XP, since all the pointy heads say VISTA is nothing but headaches.

I see that at dell, I can still get XP.

Any recommendations?
