My friends are calling me and telling me they are getting a ton of e-mails from me that I did not send(spam) What has happened and what can I do to stop this??

Is it a webmail provider like yahoo, google, etc?? If so, which one?

First thing you should do is change the password

Yeah we need to know if you have a web based account or send them through an email client (pop3) that would usually be a client like outlook.

Do a full virus/malware scan.
