Winning two games per sport

Just try to win two games per sport so 2 games in nba 2 in mlb 2 in nfl and 2 in nhl . I'm thinking maybe it's better to try to make money this way instead of winning in just one sport . each win you double your bet 100 first game then 200 for the next until you win 8 games all together I think it would be easier this way. and you'll make a good amount of money if you go 8-0 . what do you guys think?
