Totals Chase System

Early in the year, but the Totals system chase (5 games) is currently 2-0.

I have seen two different versions of this.  One is a 5 game chase and the other a 6 game chase.  I'm monitoring both.

5-Game Totals Chase (2-0)
System rule:  Chase the opposite of 5 consecutive games over or under.

Best system for nba is controlled progression system. Its good for small bettors who are looking to double the bankroll quick. Take a look at this thread and read everypost there, the guy posted every pick and it took him only 26 bets to double the 77.06 unit bankroll to over 160 units.

Ok... so I'm assuming you're supporting the use of this for MLB, or did you mean to post in an NBA thread?

Went back through the records thus far and updated the system records. At first, I did not include results if two qualifying teams were playing each other.  Now I have included these and updated the record.

You could double up if you wish or play the Labouchere system like I do.  Anything is possible, however, the system is designed to exploit the 5 and 6 consecutive over/unders.  History has shown that more times than not, teams will go the other way after this.

FYI prof8t, I researched this system a few months back and discovered that I would have gone bankrupt several times over.  I had the time so I used the stats history on Covers and went through every single team for the last 10 years.  I noted all the TOTALS streaks that started at 5 in a row and charted each to its conclusion. The end result was that, although you won the VAST majority of the time, there were just too many streaks that went beyond 10+ in a row (not a lot mind you, but enough to lose your shirt).  Unfortunately, I deleted all the results that I gathered, otherewise I could give you many more specifics.  However, please believe me when I say that it's a losing proposition - whether you DOUBLE UP or use any variation of the Labouchere System.  If you feel compelled to continue then that's your choice, but I will give you a piece of advice as you move forward: avoid Florida.  I know it sounds crazy, but I know for a fact that Florida had WAY MORE large, long streaks than anyone else in the majors the last 10 years (including a 15 game OVER streak last year).  Best of luck brother.

The system is a 6-game chase on both the 5 and 6-game systems.  Yes, I know it's a lot to handle but the system should be played with a large bankroll in order to compensate for loses, should they occur.  Point is with a large enough bankroll, the loses can be absorbed.  This I know from my personal bankroll last year.  I simply re-distributed the loses into new lines within the system, as well as some other systems I utilized during the season, and came out way on top.  Yes, good money management includes knowing how and where to re-distribute loses.

For the most part, I'm playing the 6-game system, however, I wanted to see how many more wins (or loses) the 5-game system would generate.  And lets not forget the most important factor so far this year... the system hasn't produced a loss yet this year.

In any case, thanks for the heads up, and I respect and sincerely appreciate your input.  Good luck to you this season as well, and I hope you kick the man's ass.
