For NBA why do you wait an hour in between games? 

Sac/atl started at 430 pst and the over 52 hit. 

regards to NHL, how do you determine which game to play if there is 2 or more at the same starting time with the same 1P total?

The line switched at the last minute the play should actually be on Phoenix.
