System Research

I have an idea for a system but have no idea how to backtest it. Does anyone know of a website or websites where i could backtest the system with the specific rules? Thanks

Depends how in depth the rules of the system are mate. Need a but more of an idea what you are trying to research… i.e. is it based on just W/L or is it based on hitting and pitching trends ? home / away trends ? score trends ? differential ? etc etc etc

sportsdatabase is a good website to use, if you can learn how to use it, just tell us the system, ppl on here know how to backtest well.

I had a chance to try betlabs, it is very easy to use. A bit pricey though. I think they have a free trial if you want to try it. 

My idea has to do with a team getting swept and betting on them to win after the win for like a 5 or 6 game chase

what do you mean by win after the win????

This. Year on sweep chase . Hasn't been solid. Just better to avoid them.
