Missed the last few days, haven't been around.  I wasn't really keeping track, since I was playing over 20 games a day (European/NHL) to much to total, but account was always going up.... As you can see tonight no OT games so far at 10:30pm so you would have all winners....

Since I am not familiar with no OT lines can you tell me how these lines look? My local had these listed for the latet game tonight.

Detroit Red Wings +120
Vancouver Canucks +150 

Are these decent odds?

Today pinnacle has
 
Chicago -.5 +114 No OT
Colorado  +139 ML OT included
 
So if you put on $100 on each (I suggest not to, keep it small)
 
Chicago wins in regulation time Profit $14
Chicago wins in OT  Loss $200
 
Colorado wins in regulation time Profit $39
Colorado wins in OT  Profit $39
 
So with 3/4 you have 75% chance of winning, but the losses can be big, so keep it small....

What is the win % needed to break even or make money? I read somewhere that 20% of NHL games go into overtime and you have to figure that the underdog will win a minimum of 25% of the overtime games/

I have hit on 10 straight games so far with this system. I would have to say that if I lost 1 game that I would still have a little profit. You ultimately want the dogs to win because that is where most of the profit comes from. I try to only play 1 or two games a day depending on how strong the chances of a OT it.

How do you gauge the chances of a OT for a particular game

Just by pass records and how often they go into OT. Tonight I played the Blackhawks and the Blue jackets. CLB went into OT but the DOG won so I won. That was the nearest I have gotten to a loss. 

This is by no way a get rich quick system but you can usually get about .20 on the dollar on average. But it adds up, like I said with tonight's games I have been 12-0 but expect a loss with time.

6-10 depending on how many dogs win. If you are getting +140 with a dog and it hits well then you only need .60 on the dollar to make up a unit. But you might have 1 unit on the Dog and 1 unit on the FAV in Regulation. So if you lose a game its 2 units.  I am only doing this for a small investment. I know that I will sooner or later have a few losers but right now Im doing well with it and up about 2 units.

I sometimes will put a little more on the FAV if the line is like +110 so that if it does hit I will be making atleast 20% of a unit each time I win. If the DOG wins than I will be making less than I would have but still around 25 to 30%. You can just toy with this with a small amount to get a feel. Bookmaker has these -.5 lines which are needed. I like this book.
