sports betting progress tracker

I've been playing online poker for about a year now and have kept a regular excel spreadsheet to keep track of my bankroll, ROI, profits, losses, times finished in the money in tourneys, bubble finishes, types of game, etc. It has really helped me to manage and really increase my bankroll. My question is does anybody know of any spreadsheets or wager trackers that people have used for sports betting? I find keeping meticulous personal records of how you have been betting helps you to see where you have been the most successful and from which teams and lines you probably should steer clear of. MOST IMPORTANTLY, i have found that it helps you to manage your bankroll, which is the most oversaid, but overlooked, aspect of sports betting. I've began using a spreadsheet that I found online, and its helped me so far I think and has done well to help me chart my progress. Does anybody know of any other betting tools to help chart their progress?
