Iowa, Syracuse and Georgia are I think the earliest plays, unless the Georgia spread has gone up. They all start between 12 and 12:20.

here is what my book is offering me that qualifies:
for saturday 9/21
9AM Iowa-9.5
9AM Michigan-10
9AM Toledo-7
930AM Syracuse-9
1230PM Penn St-12.5
1230PM Florida-8
1230PM Wisky-13
1PM Cincy-13.5
430PM Missippi St-7
445PM LSU-9.5
Possible play if line changes(but currently not a play)
9AM Kansas-6.5 (want a 7)
4PM Texas Tech-16.5 (want 16)
All lines are first half and times are PST.

my favs are cincy,miss st, Michigan,
but I will play them all, I don't like any of the 9am games first halves(but will play them anyway), hoping they can cover the 2nd half.
