Quantifying "Revenge + Better Coach" in Sports Modeling

Hi,

I've been sports betting for a number of years....but over the last few months have really been trying to "Think" about my picks instead of only just going by gut feelings.  I understand the HCA number 3.56 (+ or - a little).  I'm just wondering if there if there has ever been any thought to putting a number on "Revenge" or having a way to figure out if having a better coach adds some points (or takes away points from the other team if he is defensive minded).  I really don't think that there is an answer to this....just wondering if anyone has some ideas to share.
