well, let me say that there are some companies providing this service for a monthly/yearly fee. Of course, if you do not intend to use at least 10k for bets, then forget it ;-) (try the trial from oddsandbets.com - i'm not trying to promote it, it is just something i've done few months ago)

why not try searching for google for a sports betting system which some one has set up and use sucessfully. That will cut your learning time so that you can concerntrate on the betting itself. Cheers edited
