yes these filters arn't mine but they seem to be working out. I just cut and paste when I looked back through old threads for a filter for this system.

Yes, it's exciting that it has worked out so far.

With respect to RPI, are you now eliminating games in which the opponent is in the top 3 for that week? if so, then we would not make a play on Rangers +1.5 today because they are playing Ducks, right?

no plays today.  I have been just skipping the whole series if one of the 3 is in top rpi.

If I'm not mistaken, Min has a losing road record starting after game 25, which disqualifies them from a play anyway.

Boston would be a play unless you are applying the rule of avoiding games that are part of a series that includes a 3rd game that features an opponent in the top 3 RPI.

Congrats Ghost--Nice job! I was on fence about that play only based on the previously discussed rule of no-playing and game of a series if one of the 3 opponents is in the top 3 or 4 of RPI.

How do you check the RPI thing? I'm kind of a layman on that subject.
I knew STL is a strong opponent, but still tried.

Yup ridiculous amount of juice, but that's what you get when playing NHL systems that sometimes contain PL plays.

Yeah you're right... the Islanders are 4th according to covers RPI..., but I'm going to use the rule that the opponent can't be in the top 3. I started with a half unit

Just hover your mouse over NHL menu tab, and power rankings should be a selection under that. Alternatively, you could use the espn power rankings
