NFL Line Moves Trends?

Any trends in NFL line moves? Is it best to go with the line move or against it? I realize lines can move early and then late. How do you know if it is moving due to smart money or square money? Early and late moves smart money? So maybe go WITH early and late moves but against middle of the week moves? How about lines that move from a certain pointspread? Lines that move from 2.5 to 3, or 3 to 3.5 or 3.5 to 4? Any trends? Thanks! GLTA
