News for Martingale Bashers and Fans !

Hey Hey! news for all you martingale bashers and fans!.......Everyone likes to bash martingale systems cos they've all tried it and lost but...it can work....(with luck and skill the essential elements in gambling).....I made close to 500% on my starting pool last year with my system.......of course, it can fail too we all know that, but if you limit your bankroll you can't get into too much trouble.....let me tell you how it worked for me...

1. Give yourself a starting pool which you are willing to risk...thats it for the year.(say $1000 a reasonable amount to risk for the potential reward)
2. starting bets in the streak should be 0.3% of your pool then double and a bit each time as normal. ($1000 first bet $3)
3. take line and o/u bets only
4. I have only proven this to work with basketball, NRL, AFL, NHL
5. group your teams into different streams and back them that way...you need stats to do this bit....
eg.
win only....teams less likely to go on big streak losses.
alternate.....middle of the road teams
lose only.....teams less likely to go on big winning streaks.
leave some teams out altogether (risk based on stats again)
5. Know when to cop a streak loss and start again.(magic number based on stats you'll have to push me for this number)
6.don't miss a bet. (1200 or so bets in NBA +WNBA+Spanish ACB+Australian NBL etc = 3500 or so bets in a season)

In this way I was able to build 2 streak losses into the season and still return 500%.
You have to work with stats alone
You need to find those magic numbers streak length increment ratio to return the profit and absorb losses...
emotional betting and trying to pick winners will lead to a heart attack.

What can I say....It worked last year might work again this year....might work for 3 years in a row in which case I'll be ......its all a gamble isn't it.

Ha Ha Ha! You may mock the small starting bet percentage of bankroll but this can be multiplied by your profit factor.....ie with a starting pool of $1000 your min bet is 3$
but seeing as I made 500% last year using the system my starting pool is now $5000 and my min bet is 15$
The trick with this system is to make lots of bets....of course its not going to work if you only make 100 bets a year..........you need to be making in the order of 3000 bets a year to make 500% on your bankroll......

But its not for the faint hearted as with any martingale system....
even with my $5000 bankroll and min bet $15 by the time you get to your 6th streak loss your betting around the $1000 mark.....

or maybe that is tiddley winks to you guys I don't know.

I'm sticking to it as I've already returned 9% return in 4 weeks of Euro leagues thats more than a year in the bank!All praise the system.
