Just checked a few more sights about innings and scoring. 1st inning is definitely the highest scoring inning with the 3rd the second highest. But the negative is that only 12%-13% of scoring for the game takes place within the 1st. What does that equal? We shouldn't be winning as much as we are/have. So, yea, BS luck is right! 
I'm still playing it though

We also play the No runs in the 1st when the situation calls for it, so that doesnt necessarily equate to us only expecting to win 12-13% of the time

I guess that statistic it's based on the total runs scored on every game, not necessarily at least 1 run (like the bet in question), there's another proposition that pays better odds where you bet the in what inning you think it'll be more runs. And the favorite it's of course the 1st, but that's different.
BTW I think I'm gonna ride on this train too...too bad I'm late for the party.... BOL everyone.
