Before I give my picks I want to share how to put together a wins against the spread rating. If you did nothing but this you should be ahead at the end of the year. It works in both college and the NBA. You are required to view each teams past 10 game win lose  record against the spread found in Covers past game performances. You go back 10 games. You will be rewarding 1 to 10 points for each win against the spread.half credit for pushes. Since the last game played is the most important we give 10 points for a win. We give 9 for the second to last game and so forth. There are 55 possible points.We are interested in teams that have a winning record which is 28 points or more playing a team with a losing record. We play only teams that have at least an 18 point advantage over the team they are playing. If team A has 30 points and team B has 12 points then  it is a play. There are about 75-100 plays a year and this method has had a winning year in each of the last 10 years. I do not play against teams in the NBA if they are a 15 or more dog.You most update this every game.&#xD;&#xA;    I am only 10 -10 for the year but should get hot soon. It is a very good card tonight.&#xD;&#xA;Houston, Memphis, San Ant, and Portland are 10 unit plays.&#xD;&#xA;Lakers 9 units&#xD;&#xA;Phil 7&#xD;&#xA;Tor 4 1/2.

I am 14-13 and finally got my plays in the green. I am 3 units ahead. I use matchbook and get almost +103 on average. If I win half my games I am still one half per cent ahead.. For those who use a -110 place , well ok. I choose to buy my eggs at a 12% cheaper rate when they are the same eggs from the same farmer. Why anybody is willing to pay -110 is beyond me. It is a $1000 difference at the end of the year or more for the typical player. The only play today is a 10 unit play, Portland to cover at +6 1/2. They also are hot against the spread, while Phoenix is cold against the spread. That makes this a double strength play.

I got my football games today at an average of +104. I got one play this week at +130. As for the live game yesterday( Wash vs Houston) you could have gotten +640 odds in the second half. Houston came roaring back to cover in the last quarter. Houston has been a horrible first quarter team all year. In the first quarter thet were +300. Doing some research and playing live teams can make you some serious money.

I got to my computer late. Just got home.I lost yesterdays game. I am 14-14 and 3 units behind. I will give you a good spot play. Whenever a team with a winning record has won their last 2 games by 10 or more they are a good play to win again.This method hits 60% of the time. Boston fits the pattern today. There are about 80- 100 plays a year. Chicago is a good team to against today at 7 units and the Lakers are a 4 unit play. Line is off by 2-3 so it is downgraded.

I am 16-15 in my picks. That is not good , but I am 6 units ahead. l just gave you a great spot play. Boston qualified and they also will qualify for their next game. Remember a team must be favored in its last 2 games and must have won each game to the spread by 10 or more. I do not play against teams however; that are hot against the spread. If they won 4 of their last 5 or 7 of their last 10 I pass.  Memphis 10, Miami 7 and Charlotte 8 are todays plays. Ihope this will be a takeoff day.Yesterday I got &#x2B;103 on average on my plays.

I retract my plays I just posted. Charlotte is a play at 8 units and Chicago at 9 units. The other 2 plays are not plays.

I use matchbook myself.This is not true.I would say on average you get -103.It could happen that odds go as good as &#x2B;110 but however we are talking about an average here.
