1)  The nba games have to be 1 hour apart or longer EX(  7,  8  & 9)
2)  Take the highest total of the same time slot games and bet all first halfs on the under
3)  skip any night that don't have at least one game with the same time slot

(A) 7PM start - 1H CLE u/103
(B) 8PM start - 1H MIL u/100.5
(C) 9PM start - 1H DEN u/101.5

Kind of hard doing a chase with start times only an hour apart.  The CLE game was still in the first half when the MIL game started.  Of course, the CLE game went over by a point in 1H.

Correct mark, but I am not 100% sure how he picks the last game in this situation where there are not multiple games in one time slot...let's hope we don't need it.

The (C) play is the highest total of the remaining games - so it would make sense

The way I read the rules was as long as one game has multiple games for a single time slot then you're good. I didn't think each of the 3 games had to have multiple games in each time slot. Maybe I'm wrong...

No - you are correct.  As long as ONE game has at least 2 time slots, we're good.  It's just unclear how to pick the other games...so logic says to consider the highest totals for the remaining games - which we did.
