NBA and NHL O/U chase system

Does anyone have one? before i do the research. I was thinking that an under hits at least once in everynhl playoff series. And what if the series is tied at 2-2 for both an nhl and nba playoff series. I assume teams "clamp down." perhaps flat betting these scenarios would work too.
