Its a really good site for stats and you can even export to excel.. Just search the pitcher.. On the stats page for that pitcher right under Standard Pitching there are links, "Minors" "Game Logs" "Splits" "HR log" "vs. Batters" If you click splits and the year you want to see it will show you run support and a ton of other stats its really over whelming.

Not sure if you have seen my sheet provided as a tool within these forums but could help you in your cause in creating your own. It specifically has the info you requested and with a bit of excel formula magic can provide much more information from the sites that the sheet collects from. You can also change any connection to your favorite websites too collect the info you want. Dependent on your system you can write the formula required for your rules under any of the other systems and you could possibly have your sheet built. As cheez mentioned, i hope you have success in your theories and share the results!
