MLB 2010 Labouchere Totals Chase

I have decided to consolidate this all onto one thread..to track as it is getting to hard to make a new post  every day..will also be ditching the other trend systems and focusing on this one as it is all i have time for, and i think it is the most promising ..so far

YTD - 10 chases banked = 20 units

    - outstanding chases 15

Cleveland/Detroit  Under 8           4.4 u to win 4 u

LA/Fla Over 9 -130                         5.3u to win 4u

Cubs Under 9 -102                          2.1u to win 2u

Yankees/T.Bay Over Over 9 -112    4.5u to win 4u

Minny/Chicago Under 8.5 -105     4.2u to win 4u

Seattle/Texas Under 9 -102         4.2u to win 4u

San Diego/Col Under 9 -102       4.2u to win 4u

San Fran Over 7 -110                 2.2u to win 2 u

Pitt/Zona Over 9.5  -105             4.2u to win 4 u

Stl/Milwuakee  U 7.5 -102         4.2 u to win 4 u

 

games where i state both team mean they both have a chase on the same play.when i say just one team,they are the only team with the chase

since your going to keep referencing the thread can you please post the rules of this system so people do not remain confused for the rest of the season BOL this year

OK..here is how it works

I am using Labouchere lines (those unfamiliar with Labouchere can google it) ... each team starts with a line of 2 units .lets use the blue Jays

Blue Jays line  1-1

I now wait for the Blue Jays to have a streak of 2 Overs or 2 Unders..the next game i bet the same as the streak -i bet to win the amount of the 2 outside numbers.. in this case i am betting to win 2 units. If it wins i have banked 2 units , i reset the line to

1-1    . and then bet the next game the same again. As long as it keeps winning , I keep betting it. This allows me to take advantage of long o/u streaks.

If the bet loses the Blue Jays line is now

1-1-2.2        (assuming -110 juice)

Now i wait for the next 2 game streak and i bet to win  3.2 units (sum of 2 outside numbers)

If it wins, the Jays line is now just   1      ..i bet the next game the same, if it wins i have banked another 2 units ..i reset the line to 1-1  ... and continue betting until it loses

If the Jays lose the bet of 3.2 units.. their line is now

1-1-2.2- 3.8   ( 3.8 is what i bet to win 2.2)   ..and again..i wait for the next streak of 2..then bet the same to win  4.9 units

If there is a PUSH, i just pretend the game never happened and bet the next game the same.

PUSHES do not count to start a streak  - i.e  OPO  does not = 2 overs in a row

KC  OVER 8 -110           2.2 u to win 2u

Cubs Under    * no line yet* .will be to win 2u

Washington  UNDER  9.5  -130     4u to win 3u

Boston OVER 9  -115             5.3u to win 4.6u

San Diego UNDER 7 -105      2.1u to win 2u

Toronto UNDER  8 -115     2.3u to win 2u

Pittsburgh/San Fran  Over 8 -118    4.8u to win 4 u (both teams are a play on Over)

T-Bay/Baltimore  -  Under 8.5 +100  1.3u to win 1.3 u ( T-Bay has a 2 unit play on Over, Baltimore has a 3.3 unit play on Under - betting the difference)

Cincy/Florida  - Over  8 -125    2.4u to win 1.9u   (Reds have an under play to win 3.9u ..Florida has an Over play to win 2u ..betting the difference)..

 

 

 

I went through all of last season and i think a few bets may have been 30-40 units..closer to the end of the season  . This the part of the system I am unsure of, is how many units i need,.. right now i am going with 100 ..and we will see.. bigest line i have currently is  Boston at 4.6 units.. hopefully they go over tonite

and u expect to yeild about what. ... 1000 units like u said from this system throughout the year??

Well ya .. although I don't like to say 1000 units..because it is all relevant  to how many units you need to run the system ... lets just say i am expecting/hoping to be very profitable ..only time will tell how profitable.

are you using single line for labouchere line ?

are you using 2 lines or 3

how are you setting the labouchere line up?

 

The Cubs line for tonite is  Under 9 -118  2.4u to win 2u

very intresting.  did you check this out for other sports?  like nhl, nba, what about soccer  etc.

Hey N you not doing the trend system plays anymore?

Always make your unjits 5% of bank roll then you will be able to chase them the whole nine yards......

 I am hoping 1% is enough.. definetely 5% isn't..for example 2 nights ago i had 40 units in play.. that would have been twice my roll if i was using 5%  ... smit.. i just don't have time to keep up with the trends plays.. but later tonite i will post all 5 together. in case someone else wants to use them

Labouchere will require a lower % because you will be risking much more than when you do regular 3 game chases....1 % is pretty low, i think 3 is pretty safe, i normally do between 3-5% when i chase....however with the lab. you will have rough spouts when you are losing more than you win....the only way you profit and stay alive till the end is by staying at a safe % so you can go the distance even during a rough spout.

40 units already??? 1 unit should be equal to your base %.

Tough night last night ..although we did manage to bank 3 more chases..

YTD - 19 Chases Banked = 38 units

Outstanding chases = 17

Exposure: 45u   (down 15 units + 30 units in play) ***

 

*** Note..although i have banked 19 chases, i am actually down about 15 units at this point ..which is where the money management comes in ..i am betting about 30 units today +15 units i am down = a total "exposure" of 40 units. I think i am gonna start including this number in my daily updates, because I think it is very important in understading how many units you actually need to run this system

Det/KC Over  9.5 -110  4.4u to win 4u

Arizona/LA   Over 8 +100  4u to win 4u

Baltimore Over 9 +110    1.9u to win 2u

White Sox Over   ** no line yet ** to win 2 units

Florida Over  8.5 -122   2.5u to win 2u

Mets/Colorado Under 10.5  -115  6.2u to win 5.3 u

Pitts/San Fran Over 7.5 -115    4.6u to win 4 u

n where do you get 5.3u on nym/col?
I'm guessing pit/sfg is a game 1 play for both teams, hence 4U?

rockies line is 1-1

mets line is 1-1-2.3

so 2 units rockies + 3.3 units  mets  = 5.3 units

and ya pitt/sf game 1..

Correct me if Im wrong, but I think Neilsy has a little different terminology on what he calls a unit. For example:

He calls a labby line of 1-1 two units earned when it hits.  I have always thought that to be one $2 unit.  Where that matters is when he says he hopes for it to hit for 1000 units, in normal terms for most people that is actually 500 units.  Nothing wrong with what Neilsy is calling units, but I have never seen it done this way.  Then again maybe I am wrong and the way Neilsy does it is most common.

If this system is gonna get close to 500 or 1000 units or however you want to say it, I would think that it would be constantly padding the bank over time with an amount that would probably support itself.  Otherwise, it wouldnt come close to those kind of units.  To achieve that number of units it would have to be a steady climb because thats a tall order. 

I didn't see a previous post for Mets game 1. When did that happen?

i dunno ,,, every labby line i have seen is a unit for each bet on the line..  like  1 1 1 1 1   is referred to as winning 5 units not 2.5..but either way if i win 500 units at $20 ,.or 1000 units at $10 .i will be happy..or even half that...
