Hello I read a lot about this system but I still have some questions about it before I can use it.

How do you know how much to bet on the 5pm game because it depends on whether you win or lose your 4pm game?

2. If my BR was $100, what would my line look like?

3. When would I increase my lines?

Option 1 is to start with 2 or more lines. One for early, middle and late games.   
early games 10-10-10-10
middle games 10-10-10-10
late games 10-10-10-10

Option 2 is stay with 1 line and place the second wager with your choice as to best case scenario, worse case scenario, or something in between regarding wager 1 result.

Be flexible. Find out what works best for you.

good luck trying to place an online bet for $2.

You will probably have to start risk amount at 2.5-2.5-2.5-2.5 just to meet the minimum bet amount.

5dime minimum bet is 1 dollar. lol

what percentage should you increase when you finish 2 or 3 lines?

People i seen have done 10%-40%. Depending on how much you hit will determine how much you should increase it.
