Yes...he does have at least 5 loses and the system isn't as great as the promotions and has some major flaws. The biggest flaw of the system is that you get stuck with bad teams because they are the teams that get swept. What you can do to minimize the risk of a lost is only take home teams with an above .500 record which I believe would bring your lost total down to two. Even if you do this you have to have a bankroll to recover loses.
Just my 2 cents.
