In-series Bet When Tied 2-2 & no Home Wins

Is there a database or SQDL guru who can help ?  Off the top of my head, I recall 2 series in which the home team lost the first 2 games, then won the next 2 on the road.  However, one was in MLB, with the 2-3-2 WS format, when the '86 Mets won in 7, but game 5 was in Boston.  Any round in any sport is great.

Right now TB/Wash in the NHL qualifies, and TB is back home up 3-1 after 2 periods in game 5, and was -160 for the series after 4 games, with the road teams having swept the 1st 4 games.  My angle is that momentum has been restored after game 4, and now returning home after evening up the series, the home fave should take the series.  Can anyone please see if numbers are available in the 4 major leagues, and if there's any way to find an updated series line at that juncture ?  It may approximate the original series line.
