4 Rules:

Team A must be a Home Dog

Team A will play following game at Home

Team A and Team B should not be on a streak of 5 games of better (eliminate streaky teams)

Team A and Team B should not be on 4 games or more on rest (eliminate rested teams)

Fading these Dogs on ATS is 

860-649 since 2014 season

490-310 L4 seasons

I like 490 - 310.  I am wondering about the ML.  I bet this system has a lot of -300 or more, especially when a playoff-bound team visits a lottery-bound team.  Still, not bad, perhaps weed out greater than -150 or -125

could be a good start to something, but needs to be dialed in to tighter parameters.  Too juicy for a 60% winning system straight up (i.e. not playing ML).  

595-246 on the ML, i don't think it is really worth it to dial it down to the ML though.

However there are some other determining factory using Away Favs in the NBA as a starting point.

148-97 for Away Favorites after a preivous Loss as a Fav L3 seasons.
