Does anyone have a math system they use to determine spreads?

I am looking for all sports.  Open to suggestions considering mine are not working very well.  Finished down in NFL and on my way to finishing down in NBA.

Any suggestions, hoping for a system I can plug into Excel.  What I'm doing now is not working as of late.  It balances out somewhat, but I would say I am at about 45% for the basketball season right now.  Hoping to make a run before baseball starts.Thanks Second
