He's saying that cuz if youre stupid enough to buy picks off someone then you deserve to be cheated. Seriously, the guy has some winning system yet he needs your money. you should check out psic's cover page. He runs a service too but he explains why picks are made and doesn;t try too sell people anything extra.  You get his systems and his picks for a year  for 1 price.. he's always available to talk to if you have questions.
