DJ, It looks like you have a good system going here. I noticed that you bet a bunch of different sports. But you do much better wagering pro socccer, pro hockey, and college football. I was just wondering why you bet so many sports when you could just bet soccer, hockey, and college football? It seems that your percentages would increase if you only bet the 3 that I mentioned, plus you would have more time to handicap just those sports. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I'm just curious how you do it all. I have a hard enough time just trying to keep track of the nfl. How you keep track of all the sports and teams and players is amazing. And you go to school. How do you do it?  Thank DJ!

In my sport-by-sport breakdowns, it was obvious that some sports were not for me. I gave a few of these sports some more time to see if it was just the small sample that was perhaps misleading me. Well that was weeks ago and I've since dropped all 'spread' sports and I'm strictly sticking to 'moneyline' sports from now on (ie. NHL, MLB, soccer) and have been doing so since my short hiatus. 

As for how I cap, I mentioned it earlier today in a PM to LasVegasLord; below is an excerpt:

If I thoroughly capped every game on the board, I'm sure there are some edges I could find but it's just not feasible. So instead, I isolate games I like at first glance and then cap from there. This way, not only am I betting on games that I believe have value; I'm also betting on games that I like or have a 'gut feeling' for.

As for how I have time; I don't put my full effort into school, don't have a job, and really don't do anything other than gamble and game. It seems like I have nothing BUT free time which is why I'm on here so often. I'm basically just waiting to finish my degree so I can start my real ventures. So close!

It's a grind my friend... And as you can see, this thread has already had many ups and downs. Just gotta keep working through and stick to the principles. The only saving grace for myself is that I hit all three of my "large" wagers yesterday so my account is actually UP. My large wagers are posted HERE. Also did well tailing XLR8 who seems to be like the best tailing option here with a season of success under his belt and this current season starting to trend the same way. GL wizkid, we'll get back on the tracks!

DJ, often when I play draws in soccer, I'll just scorecast, and skip the 0-0 for some games, or the 2-2 for others. So, basically for OM/Chelsea today, I took 0-0 and 1-1. For a game like Fulham/Spurts (for example) I'd take 1-1 and 2-2. Anyways, just spouting off cuz I'm bored.

Hey mickjam,

Anyone with any size bankroll can tail, simply take your bankroll and multiply by the percentages beside the plays. For example, today's plays are 3%, 6%, and 6% so you would bet  15, 30, and 30 respectively. You could play them all for 2% flat but you do so on your own accord as I vary wager amounts by the strength of play and therefore you might get screwed over.

Good call on making a Pinnacle account; you'll be able to tail ALL of my plays and get top price for them. The joy of being Canadian!
