2nd Alternate college hoops system:
1. Must be a conference game
2. Play on the home team
3. Visitor must be ranked in the top 25
4. Visitor must be the underdog
5. Visitor must be the higher ranked team
5. Visitor must be the higher ranked team
Also, seems systematic for 2016-2017season

Here is where we stand after two weeks:
Week 1: 5-8 38%
Week 2: 7-3 70%
Nice comeback in week two after a crappy first week. The theory behind this is the public pounding favorites, vegas shading lines, and creating added value on the home dogs. On a side note, double digit dogs were 5-0 last week.
