CBB unranked home vs Top 25 system

So are you guys going to be following it this year? Bet on any unranked team at home when they are favored over a Top 25 opponent. Tonight we have:
Ok St -7 vs Texas Tech (22)
UTEP -2 vs. BYU (25)

OK State up 22, and UTEP up 4 but thats still 1st half

how can you tell if a team is unranked? where do you find the info.
