can a RL help predict a ML winner

i have wondered this myself but do not have any RL stats to backtest this. The thing I see sometimes is the ML being like -250 and the RL is sometimes -120 or so, sometimes it almost seems like the book is baiting people to jump on board so they can clean you out. Haven't done any backtesting but it always makes me a bit nervous when I see a huge difference in the two lines

and i do agree but there must be something that links the too ?
