Building a Spreadsheet

Ive been following and looking at different chase systems. I want to start tracking the systems myself and want to setup a spreadsheet. Can someone help me with what I need in order to set it up. Do you only keep it to track your Units and upcoming games? Do you set it up in order to see possible bets? Just want some insight on what people do. Thanks for any advice.
