Baseball Betting Against The 3 Game Sweep Statistics

Over the course of a baseball season, is this profitable? Does anyone have the W-L and/or unit profit numbers for the past 3-5 years? This year? I've heard this is a profitable strategy but obviously if you have the time and ability to bet every game in this situation. Thanks for any help!

Last year teams got swept 56.7% of the time. I'm going by memory as my research is not in front of me

Ok, found my thread. It was 57.8%.   170 sweeps and 124 not last year only 3 game series.

Wow. That's the opposite of what I suspected!
